Terms & Conditions

Last updated 17 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Gayvora ("Gayvora", "we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Gayvora website, app, and services (the "Service").

Please read them carefully. By creating an account, tapping "I'm 18+", or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Gayvora.

These Terms include an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. Please read Section 16.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

Gayvora is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. By using Gayvora you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

You also confirm you have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offence involving violence or a sexual offence, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender. We may terminate your account if we learn otherwise.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person; accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us at safety@gayvora.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Licence to use Gayvora

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service, use bots or automated means to access it, or use it to build a competing product, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Gayvora+, billing, trials, and refunds

Gayvora is free to use with optional paid features under "Gayvora+". Prices and features are shown in the app and may change.

  • Free trial: eligible new members may receive a free trial (for example, 14 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You authorise us (or the applicable app store or payment processor) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in the app or through the store where you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Refunds: except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store's refund policy applies.
  • Consumable benefits that reset on a schedule do not roll over.

If you have a statutory right to cancel (for example, a cooling-off period), you may lose it once digital content or services begin at your request during that period, to the extent the law allows.

5. Your content and the licence you give us

You retain ownership of the photos, voice, text, and other content you create and share on Gayvora ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it.

To operate the Service, you grant Gayvora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize), and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies retained for legal, safety, or backup purposes, and except for content shared with others who retain their own copy.

You represent that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights and does not violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may remove content that does.

6. Acceptable use

When using Gayvora, you agree not to:

  • Be under 18, or interact with anyone you know or suspect to be under 18.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, "out", or discriminate against anyone.
  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, non-consensual, or that sexualises minors in any way — a zero-tolerance offence reported to authorities.
  • Share another person's private or identifying information, or screenshots of private conversations, without consent.
  • Impersonate anyone, use fake photos, or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
  • Use Gayvora for prostitution, trafficking, solicitation prohibited by the applicable platform, the sale of drugs or weapons, or any illegal activity.
  • Spam, scam, phish, solicit money, advertise, or promote other services.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, probe or breach security, or interfere with the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other members.

Full detail is in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

7. Safety, verification, blocking, and reporting

You can block and report members from their profile and from chat. We provide safety tools, but we do not conduct criminal-background or identity checks on members, and any verification badge is a signal, not a guarantee.

You are responsible for your own interactions. Take sensible precautions: meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and never send money to someone you have not met. Do not rely on Gayvora to screen the people you meet. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the Gayvora name, logo, design, software, and content we provide — is owned by Gayvora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence to use the Service in these Terms, we grant you no rights in it. You may not use our brand without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, hosting, authentication, payment, and app stores) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Gayvora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or limit features if you breach these Terms or our Guidelines, if required by law, or to protect members or the Service.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including content licence carve-outs, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution — will survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that matches or connections will result, or that the conduct of any member is or will be lawful, appropriate, or accurate. You use the Service and meet other members at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gayvora and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or the conduct of other members or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gayvora from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent caused by us.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

Except where local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gayvora is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Where permitted by law, you and Gayvora agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@gayvora.app. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Gayvora waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@gayvora.app with your account email and the words "arbitration opt-out". Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court or injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines are the entire agreement between you and Gayvora.
  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices: we may give notice through the app or by email to the address on your account.
